Welcome to NGO Coaching and Mentoring,

This website has been developed by the coaching and mentoring inter-agency working group, a network of individuals across 15 organisations, that are working to collectively implement a coaching and mentoring agenda that supports the work of the humanitarian and development sector. It is a collaborative effort to pull together the vast array of coaching and mentoring initiatives under one umbrella so that individuals, teams and organisations can access relevant information and resources to support their own coaching journey.

Through this website, we have curated and created a portfolio of models, which can be adapted to the complexities of many coaching and mentoring situations, alongside resources that support individuals, teams and organisations in developing their own coaching and mentoring agenda, including:

• External professional coaching/ mentoring programmes (see our events page).
• Internal professional coaching and mentoring resources to support you in delivering your own programmes.
• Coaching tools for line managers
• Coaching tools for line managers
• Developmental mentoring options that helps us make use of our most critical asset – our people.

These resources will continue to be developed and expanded and we welcome feedback on how we can continue to improve and grow this rich library of content.

In addition to developing our library of tools and resources, we will be rolling out a number of coaching and mentoring programmes that individuals can sign up to, further details will be coming shortly on our news and events page, so stay tuned.
